At the moment, we have two open job positions, On Site IT Support Engineer, and IT Field Service Engineer.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience.
Mandatory requirements are fluent Swedish and English speaking, driving licence and your own car.
We are a Stockholm-based IT company that is growing really fast and we need the right people in the journey to becoming the best IT Field Service provider in the Nordics.

Your daily job activity will be to travel to client locations and deliver IT services. Tasks can be very simple like installing hardware, software, testing, to more advanced tasks like networking, installing routers, switches, etc. If you are more junior, you will receive appropriate training.
This position is a combination of a customer service role and tech role, therefore you must posses a blend of technical IT skills as well as service-based soft skills.
The requirement for you having your own car is because you will be required to travel to different locations. Driving can sometimes be up to 4 hours one way which means you need to be passionate about delivering remote services. The company will of course compensate you for the gas expenses and any overtime can be taken as time-off when there is low workload.
Traveling sometimes might require overnight, for example when a 2-day job should be delivered, or when traveling by plane is required.
You will need to cover 24×7 services during weekend and therefor most often you will not work on the Fridays.
